Our Theo Chestnut XL Low Loft Bed offers open space underneath to add dressers, desks, or bookcases to suit your storage and study needs. It is made of solid birch and features a 2000 pound weight capacity making it a perfect loft bed for kids, teenagers, or adults. The low height insures it will fit into any space, even rooms with lower ceiling heights. It is shown in a chestnut finish, and is also available in a white or natural finish. Includes: xl low loft, straight ladder, 2 guardrails and Euro-slats. The ladder can be placed on either end. At a future date you can remove the extender legs to make a standard extra long bed.
