Not only does it save space but the stairs provide additional safety and stability for the lucky one who gets the top bunk. On the side of the staircase there are 4 drawers which can take the place of a dresser leaving more open floor space in your kids room. The stairs can be assembled on either side of the bed. You can add either the 2 underbed storage drawers or a twin trundle under the bed for storage or another sleeping space. Both are priced separately see below.
