Return & Exchange
Please contact our Customer Care Department for return and exchange approval.
Merchandise may not be returned without formal prior written approval from authorized personnel in our office. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging within 15 days of customer receiving the merchandise. We are unable to offer returns on modified or previously assembled items. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. and original to and from shipping charges are not refundable. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please remember that Special Orders may take longer than estimated and are not returnable.
We will accept furniture merchandise exchanges if furniture is in perfect condition, in its unopened original packaging and if it is returned seven days after customer initially received the merchandise. To return or exchange merchandise, you will need prior formal approval from our customer care department. Please have the original receipt available.
