It features a full xl loft bed up top with a queen size bed on the bottom in an l shape. Both beds have a 2200# weight capacity. You can easily transition smaller kids from the bottom queen bed to the full xl loft bed as they grow making this a bed that will last from after the crib straight to college. It is made from solid birch available in a White finish as shown, and is also available in Natural or Chestnut. Includes: top full xl loft bed, straight end ladder, 2 guardrails, Euro-slats and bottom queen size bed. At a later date, the xl loft bed will separate into a standard full xl bed. This corner loft bed is also available as a Twin XL over Queen Loft Bed or a Queen over Queen Loft Bed!
